Bespoke Art Deco Staircase
This project involved designing and installing a completely bespoke staircase to replace a dated original. The client wanted an art deco-inspired design that would serve as a centrepiece for their hallway. We worked closely with them to select the perfect combination of metal spindles, oak components, and finishing details.
The installation included custom-fabricated art deco metal spindles in black, a solid oak handrail and newel post, and a carpet runner on the treads. The hallway was finished with herringbone flooring and a statement lantern light above the stairwell to complement the period-inspired design.
