Barn Conversion & Extension
This ambitious barn conversion project took a disused agricultural building and transformed it into a beautiful living space. The work began with extensive foundation trenches, excavated using a mini digger, before constructing the new walls in a combination of brick and blockwork.
The build progressed through multiple phases — foundations and footings, rising walls with brick face and blockwork core, timber roof frame construction, and finally interior finishing with bifold doors, spotlights, and a modern open-plan layout. Safety netting was maintained throughout the exterior work.

Customer Review
“Converting our old barn felt like a huge undertaking but JRD made it straightforward. Seeing the walls go up brick by brick to the finished interior with bifold doors was incredible. Quality brickwork throughout.”
