Gravel Driveway Installation
This straightforward but effective driveway project replaced a tired frontage with a fresh gravel surface. The existing ground was excavated, a compacted sub-base was laid for stability, and edging was installed to contain the gravel and prevent spreading.
Gravel was the ideal choice for this bungalow — it provides excellent natural drainage (important for compliance with permeable surface regulations), a clean appearance, and a satisfying crunch underfoot that doubles as a security feature.
