Full Property Renovation
This was one of our largest and most rewarding projects to date — a comprehensive renovation of a detached property in Bridgend. The homeowner wanted to completely modernise the interior while retaining the character of the original building. Every room was stripped back and rebuilt to the highest standard.
The ground floor was opened up to create a stunning open-plan kitchen-diner with a feature stone fireplace, bifold doors opening onto the garden, and a bespoke kitchen with range cooker and marble splashback. Upstairs, all bedrooms were fully renovated with wall panelling, new flooring, and modern fixtures.
The hallway and staircase were transformed with oak flooring, bespoke wall panelling with diamond mouldings, art deco-style spindles, and an under-stairs storage cupboard. The project required significant structural work including RSJ beams, ceiling reconstruction, and complete rewiring.
